Amtrak trains delayed between New York and Boston

A signal and switch problem is causing Amtrak delays this evening between New York City and Boston, officials said.

Traffic was halted during

an investigation into the problem that stopped Acela Train 2168 around New Rochelle, N.Y., just before 6 p.m. today, according to Amtrak spokesman Marc Magliari.
