Malt Scotch: Northern Lights 1 ½ oz. Highland Park 12 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky ¾ oz. St Germain ½ oz. Lemon Juice ¼ oz. Douglas Fir ¼ oz. Orange Juice ¼ oz. Demerera Syrup 2 Dashes Tiki Bitters Mount in a mixing glass, add ice and shake. Strain into a specialty glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
