Sink or Swim on the Waves of the Internet: Call for Contributors

Image tagged Bostonist by Ho Yin Once again, the Bostonist ship needs more bloggers on board. Help us sail through the murky waters of the internet, pointing out important landmarks along the way and anchoring the site’s snarky yet informative take on Boston. We need people willing and table to blog often–multiple times a day is preferable–on Boston-related news, politics, sports, and events. Whether you’d like to cover food, music, arts, or other topics, our top priority is being on top of what happens. We’re particularly interested in getting bloggers from the local colleges and universities, so if you’re a student, definitely get in touch. Our bloggers

need to be interested in the greater Boston community, confident in their voice and perspective, and always alert to what’s happening. Having something to say—and being able to say it fast—is more important than being able to say it well (that’s what we have editors for, presumably). If you’re interested in blogging for Bostonist, send two sample blog posts (250 words or less) on two topics of your choice AND a list of your top five favorite Boston places or people to tips @ bostonist.com by January 31.
